Earlier this month, I celebrated two milestones - Stella + the Stars turned 3 (it's like having another baby!) and on the same day, we had our second Dubai-nniversary! Time flies is the understatement of the year and sometimes I completely forget how far I have come. I am officially on maternity leave, it's literally the final countdown, and I thought my last post before I take some time off for the new baby should be some sort of reflective one where I impart my wisdom with you all. Just kidding, I have no idea what I am doing on a daily basis but I have learned so much in the past few years, and I often get asked how I changed careers and launched Stella + the Stars, I thought it would be worth sharing some key lessons with anyone out there who finds themselves in the same spot.
